Shipping & Processing
We take great care in preparing your order and aim to process all purchases within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items are packed with care and delivered promptly.
We currently do not offer international shipping options.
RETURNS
We want you to love every product you take home, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase on items that are in new or gently used condition. Substantially used products are not eligible for a refund or credit. Our goal is to make your experience seamless, but please note that all returns are subject to store associate discretion to ensure the product is in a condition suitable for return.
- Returns made within 14 days of the original purchase date may be refunded to the store credit.
- Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Neither items marked as final sale nor reward redemptions (items received as rewards), gift cards or gift with purchases can be returned for store credit, refunded or exchanged.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Gift cards never expire and can be used in-store or online, giving you the flexibility to shop on your terms.
And here’s a little bonus, any samples you received are yours to keep, no matter the return.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse in Michigan.

EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange a product for the same item, no additional payment is needed—just bring it in, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’re exchanging for an item of greater value, you’ll simply pay the difference in price plus any applicable sales tax.
If the new item is of lesser value, we’ll refund you the difference, including sales tax.
Please note: All exchanges must be made in-store. We are unable to process exchanges by mail.
Damaged or Defective Items
We’re committed to ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement of the exact product and shade, pending availability.
Please note, refunds for damaged items are only issued if the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
To initiate a replacement, kindly email a clear photo of the damaged item and the original shipping box to hello@thepointelle.com within 24 hours of delivery.
For quality assurance, requests submitted after 3 business days from delivery are no longer eligible for replacement or refund consideration.
